Debbie began her Real Estate career in Hampton Roads area of Virginia over 20 years ago. As a sales associate
and managing broker, she received numerous awards and became a leader in the industry.

After vacationing on the beautiful Outer Banks since 1980, Renee relocated to enjoy year round coastal living in 1998.
She and her husband have found it a great place to raise their children and become involved in the community.
While working in a Real Estate Law firm, Renee quickly realized that helping buyers and sellers directly was her passion. Her attention to detail and excellent communication skills have brought her great success and built many friendships with her clients through the years. Renee also enjoys her volunteer work as an Ambassador with the local Chamber of Commerce, building relationships with small businesses and people relocating in the area. In her free time she enjoys a quiet walk on the beach, kayaking, or sitting on the pier taking in a spectacular sunset.

Thomas Christopher "Chris" Pope was born in Portsmouth, VA and raised in Hampton Roads. Chris's post-secondary
educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Education from Old Dominion (1990), a
Masters of Science degree in Vocational Education from Virginia Tech (1994), and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in
Educational Leadership from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (1997).
Throughout his childhood and teen years, Chris's family vacationed on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, purchasing their first beach home in Kitty Hawk in 1990. Chris and his family moved to Currituck County in 2003 and now reside overlooking the Inter-Coastal Waterway. Following a 16 year career in education the calling of self- employment and the excitement of working in real estate beckoned.
